Returns

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns with Free Return Shipping:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most new and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Opened and installed items are accepted for returns.

Return Conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be in a condition that is deemed resalable, with all original packaging and accessories (if available).
  • Damage: Items must be free from any physical damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, or signs of excessive wear and tear.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required for all returns.
  • Shipping Costs: We provide free return shipping for items returned within 30 days that are free of physical damage.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Login to Your Account: Please log in to your account on our website.

2. Go to Order History: Navigate to your order history or "My Orders" section.

3. Find the Order: Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

4. Start the Return Process: Within the order details, find and click the "Return Items" or "Initiate Return" button/link.

5. Follow the Prompts: Follow the on-screen prompts to select the items, provide the reason for the return, and submit your request.

6. Await Approval: Our team will review your request. You will receive an email notification with further instructions, a prepaid shipping label (if applicable), and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (if applicable).

7. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation (if available).

8. Include RMA: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

9. Ship Your Return: Use the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or ship the package to the address provided in the return approval email.

10. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within a few business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty:

We stand behind the quality of our XJ parts. Most of our products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

Warranty Conditions:

Eligibility: The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Coverage: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

Physical Damage: While physical damage generally voids the warranty, we will consider warranty claims on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your situation.

Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required for all warranty claims.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim:

2. Provide Information: Please provide your order number, the item(s) in question, a detailed description of the defect, and any supporting photos or videos.

4. RMA (If Applicable): If the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide you with an RMA number and instructions for returning the item.

5. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to determine if it is covered under warranty. If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

6. Return Shipping: In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
